Civil Engineering

Civil engineering is one of the oldest discipline among all discipline of engineering. Civil engineering deals with the construction, designing and maintenance of roads, buildings,canals and different physical phenomenon on ground. Civil engineering maintain and superwise all the costruction works either in public sector or private sector.

It might be confusing for someone to choose any specific engineering branch. But when you choose civil engineering then the question in your mind arises that why I choosed this one. Civil engineering has career opportunities as compared to any other branch. As you know that it deals with construction, designing and maintenance work of different physical buildings, canals etc. so you can imagine easily that the construction works never ends and the career of civil engineer s also never ends. Civil engineering develop the team working ability in individuals and make them expertise in designing and costruction works. It develops communication skills to interact with people.

Career as a civil engineer.

You may become a good civil engineer if you have your interest in construction, designing and maintenance. If you good in mathematics and physics then you may do well. Since it requires hard work so you have to be a hard working person . Lifrstyle of a civil engineer is normal but sometime it may be risky when working at any difficult sites. Working hour may be 8-10 in a day and 6 days in a week. It requires more skilled persons for better designing and construction works. You should make yourself more skilled and develop your communication skills to become a civil engineer.

Salary of a civil engineer:-

Salary of civil engineering may vary according to their post and secor. Working with government sector one may earn upto $150000. Average salary may vary from $1000-$180000.
Degree required to be a civil engineer:-
You should have graduated in engineering graduation program. Engineering graduation program is of 3 to 4 year in maximum countries.
